If you have no plans to monetize the commissioned artwork you can buy a personal-use commission! This license has no commercial rights.

✓ You may repost the artwork to your personal account but you must give proper artist credits to Suneiruuu by either tagging us or providing links to our social media.
✓ Print for display purposes only. You may not distribute prints of the artwork
you may not:
✗ Use the artwork commercially in any form
✗ Use the artwork as branding (profile picture or banner) for your business on social media (this includes streamers)
✗ You may not create and distribute merchandise, artbooks, or prints of the artwork
✗ Use as a game asset, stream asset, book cover, album art, etc.
✗ Remove our watermark
✗ You may not heavily alter, claim, Trace, or copy the artwork.
✗ You may not "mint" the artwork into an NFT (Non-Fungible Token)
✗ You may not use the artwork to train AI
We retain all copyrights to the artwork. This allows us to publish the artwork to our social media and portfolio to promote our work. No rights other than the ones listed in the personal-use license shall be exercised by the client.

If you have plans to monetize the artwork in relation to streaming you are required to purchase a commercial streaming license for x1.5 of the total price. This license only allows commercial rights in relation to streaming activities.

By commissioning Suneiruuu, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms of service:
✦ general
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You are buying digital goods that do not require physical shipping.
- We reserve the right to decline commission orders without further explanation.

✓ suggestive art of adult characters
✓ humanoid, anthro, furry, feral

✗ in another artist's style

- Provide colored fullbody reference of the desired character(s).
- We do not currently provide character design. We will not design a character for you based on a character board nor will we make a design for you based on characters that don't belong to you.
- If the commission requires a background, provide visual reference for the background.
- We are not liable for inaccuracies due to insufficient reference.
- Provide a description and inspiration for what you want the final artwork to look like.
- Once your request has been confirmed you may not alter it.

✦ payment
- All payments must be made in USD through Paypal.
- Do not send any payments before your commission is confirmed and you are sent an invoice.
- Invoices must be paid within 1 week upon receiving or the commission will be cancelled.
- Commissions priced 100 USD and below must be paid 100% upfront.
- Commissions priced above 100 USD can be paid either 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after the colored sketch is approved.
✦ cancellations and refunds
- Please contact us for cancellations and refunds. Do not file a charge back without notice. Any malicious attempts at filing a chargeback will be disputed and the client will be blacklisted.
- Any completed work is nonrefundable. If the commission is still unfinished upon cancellation by the client, you will be charged for the completed work and refunded the remaining balance.
- In the event that the commission is still unfinished by the agreed deadline and the client does not wish to extend the deadline they will be offered a full refund.
- We reserve the right to terminate a commission and refund the unfinished work if a client violates the TOS or is behaving inappropriately.
✦ process
- Read and agree to our TOS.
- Submit your commission order through our Google form. We will send you an invoice upon confirmation.
- Work begins upon receiving payment. You can track the progress of your commission on our commission tracker.
- We will send a sketch for your approval with revisions up to 2 times. A third time will incur a +10 USD fee.
- Once the sketch has been approved, we will begin to complete the render. There will be no more revisions at this stage unless we make a mistake on something that was clearly stated prior.
- Final product will be delivered via Google Drive. Remember save the final product to your own devices, we will not be hosting the file indefinitely.
✦ blacklist
If found in violation of any of these terms, you will be immediately revoked of all rights to the artwork and blacklisted.
